Banckle Live Chat being one of the easiest way to get yourself closer to your blog visitors, enables you to keep track of your blog visitors, monitor their activity and learn usage patterns and much much more. Even a simple Youtube search can show the exciting features. A super-positive point is that it is very easy to use.
How I got into it?
My job is to integrate Banckle Apps with other platforms to bring better collaboration experience for everyone. When I was told to integrate Banckle Live Chat with Blogger. I got very motivated about it, and specially aboutGoogle Gadgets. They looked so promising and the XML format was very easy to learn. Eventually, I wrote my first Google Gadget, wrote some JavaScript code into it that would load Banckle Live Chat and added to my blogger.
Ah! Sometimes things are not so easy as they look to be at the first glance. Blogger loaded my widgets into a small HTML IFRAME. It was a serious issue because all Google Gadgets are loaded viagoogleusercontent.com domain that introduced cross-domain IFrame-JavaScript problem with blogger.comdomain unlike Facebook, where all Apps are loaded from apps.facebook.com, that does not conflict withfacebook.com.
